1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing paninlibrary.com or creating an account in the Panin Library app ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. What the Service Is

Panin Library is a management tool for library and study-space owners ("you," "App User") to handle seat allocation, membership plans, fee collection, dues tracking, staff permissions, and related business records for the people who use your space ("your Members"). The Service is provided to help you run your business — it does not itself operate, own, or take responsibility for your library.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a library owner. Accounts are created and verified using your phone number via OTP. You're responsible for keeping your device and account secure, and for all activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by staff members you authorize.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription, billed and processed through Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. If a renewal payment fails, we'll attempt to retry it automatically; if all retries fail, access to premium features may be paused until payment is resolved. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

5. Your Data & Your Members' Data

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the Service, including your Members' personal details, photos, and ID documents. You confirm that you have the right and any necessary consent (including, where a Member is a minor, consent from a parent or guardian) to collect and store this information. As between you and Panin Library, you remain the data controller for your Members' records — we act only as a processor that stores and displays this data on your behalf. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to breach or bypass its security, to reverse-engineer or copy the underlying software, or to use it to store or process data you don't have the right to hold.

7. Staff Accounts

If you invite staff members and grant them access, you are responsible for their conduct within the Service and for reviewing the permissions you assign to them. You can revoke staff access at any time.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to other users. Certain records (such as payment history) may be retained after termination where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panin Library is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including errors in billing calculations you have not reviewed and confirmed yourself.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
