1. Digital Delivery

Panin Library is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. Upon successful registration and payment of your subscription fee (after any applicable free trial), access to your premium library management dashboard is granted instantly and automatically.

2. Delivery Timeframe

All digital services, software features, and member management tools are activated immediately upon payment confirmation by our payment gateway provider (Razorpay). You will receive an email confirmation of your subscription receipt within minutes of a successful transaction.

3. Physical Shipping

Because our services are entirely digital and accessed via web and mobile applications, no physical shipping takes place. Therefore, no shipping charges, customs fees, or delivery delays apply to your purchase.

4. Support and Access Issues

If you have completed a payment but your premium features have not been activated, or if you are experiencing issues accessing your dashboard, please reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the digital delivery issue.
