These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the PaninLibrary website (paninlibrary.com) and application (together, the "Service"), operated by Malik Engineering Consultants ("MEC", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
PaninLibrary is a management application for library and study-space owners, covering seat and cabin booking, member management, digital ID cards, attendance tracking, and subscription billing. The Service is provided on a subscription basis to library owners ("Owners") and made available to their members ("Members").
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to register as a library Owner.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
- Owners are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter about their library and members, and for obtaining any consent required from their members to store and process that data.
3. Subscriptions and payment
- Access to PaninLibrary's Owner features is provided on a paid subscription basis, billed monthly or as otherwise agreed at onboarding.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges for your selected plan until the subscription is cancelled.
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Enter false, misleading, or another person's information without authorisation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data, or systems belonging to other Owners or Members
- Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
